These Terms of Service are intended to govern access to and use of MyPenny, a personal AI-memory service operated by HelperLabs, LLC. MyPenny lets you save memories and notes, connect supported AI tools over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and retrieve your stored context inside those tools.

1. Using MyPenny

You may use MyPenny only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your connected clients, and the content you choose to store or send through the service.

2. Your memories and notes

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You give HelperLabs the limited permission needed to host, process, retrieve, summarize, embed, transmit, and otherwise operate MyPenny for you, including through the AI tools and model providers you connect or authorize.

3. Privacy and security

Our Privacy & Security page explains what we collect, how we use it, who receives it, and what security model MyPenny uses. These Terms should be read together with that page.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use MyPenny to break the law, violate another person's rights, compromise security, abuse platform resources, reverse engineer restricted service components, or store data you are not authorized to process. MyPenny is not designed or marketed for regulated PHI workflows, payment-card storage, government identifiers, credentials, or secrets.

5. AI tools and third-party services

MyPenny works by sending relevant memory content to the AI tools and providers you choose. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. HelperLabs is not responsible for their products, decisions, outputs, or data practices.

6. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds need final legal and product language before publication.

7. Availability and changes

MyPenny may change as the product evolves. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms when needed.

8. Termination

You may stop using MyPenny and request deletion of your data. HelperLabs may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
